Atlas 200 HD FIXING NO Channel And fricking Picture Trouble

                     
How to fix problem of  the dvb atlas200 HD with picture fricking 




and output power instable due of the anomaly with the DSP  M88D3103 

 Or Démodulator clock which is provided by the tuner.it's generate by Cristal of 27 MHZ 





It displays unclear picture of the menu, hardly visible and loss of channels because the output stage is driven by M88 D3103

After checking the two  necessary voltages 3.3 V and 1.8V To power the circuit 

we made check at the C45 (condensator) from which is the clock is provided to the pin clock of circuit




the value tested  is more higher than expected 

after changing the cristal in the tuner the problem is fixed
